Hetal started her career approximately 26 years ago in the banking industry. Within three years into her career, she moved up to becoming the Head of the Credit Dept. within a major public listed bank. Her passion to empower people and help them discover their true potential led her to the field of learning and development. She has had the privilege to work with people from all walks of life, mainly in areas of creating a positive self-image, emotional intelligence, communication & interpersonal skills, and leadership skills. Apart from training and facilitation, Hetal has a vast experience in management and human capital development. Hetal specializes in the training and development of Workplace Emotional Intelligence (EI), Leading with EI, Personal & Professional Resilience, Personality Understanding, Professional Business Communication, and Interpersonal Skills. She uses unique methodologies, and creative coaching & training tools in her workshops that personalize the learning journey for each participant. As an Emotional Intelligence (EI) Practitioner and Assessor, Hetal is certified to conduct and administer GENOS Workplace & Leadership Assessments, and to facilitate virtual instructor-led Emotional Intelligence Leadership programs. Hetal has designed and conducted training courses, talks, and webinars for several corporate clients over the years such as Bursa Malaysia, UOB Bank, Bangkok Bank, MBSB Bank, Zalora, Malaysian Architect Association, Guocera Tiles Malaysia, UNITEN, Cybersecurity Malaysia, and Unilever to name a few. In Jan 2021, with the growing need for emotional support, Hetal initiated “Meaningful Conversations,” a platform that provides a safe space to declutter and realign thoughts, feelings & emotions. Through this platform, she offers one on one coaching, as well as group workshops for corporate and individuals, volunteer services for refugees, and “paying it forward” sessions for the public
