Kek Seng has held senior positions in several higher education institutions, including the role of a CEO with an accumulated wealth of 35 years’ experience where he contributed extensively to the training and development of professional trainers, corporate managers and executives in Malaysia.
His regional contributions included leadership roles in the World Bank Loans for human resource development in Malaysia and the UNESCO programs for university academics in the Asia‐Pacific. He has published 8 textbooks and presented more than 300 articles and training programmes in both the English Language and Bahasa Malaysia in local and international conferences. Kek Seng is a certified HRDF trainer, public speaker, writer, and academic consultant.
He holds a first-class B.A. (Hons) from USM, Penang and an M.S. (Education Management) from University of Rochester, NY. He also did postgraduate research in computers-in-(English) education, advanced consultancy skills and project management in the U.K.
