Christina Amandeep Gill is the Managing Director of Inspire Enrich and it’s key instructor specialising in Coaching, Customer Service Training and related soft skills training in personal grooming and image and perception management.
Christina has over a decade of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, and is recognised for her sophistication and savoir faire. She is also an extremely passionate and enthusiastic instructor who has worked with frontline and customer service teams during her tenure as a senior cabin crew member and Associate Trainer for Malaysia Airlines System (MAS); and as the Customer Service Training and Development Manager for AEON Company (Malaysia).
In MAS, she trained aspiring flight attendants on “Grooming and Impact” – a programme that focuses on delivering a memorable experience to each guest on board MAS carriers; she also developed and trained MAS frontline staff to “Go Beyond Yourself” – an impressive EQ module on Self Awareness and Social Intelligence in the service industry. In AEON, she developed a module, “Serving from the Heart”, and retrained all customer service and Line Managers to restore confidence and value systems that prioritise quality customer service.
Christina holds accredited certifications in Advanced Personal Style and Image Mastery; and Advanced Personal Color Analysis from Melbourne; she is also a Certified ICF-ACTP Professional Coach in Style and Image & Life Coaching and a Certified NLP Practitioner. Christina is also a PSMB Certified Trainer.
